Francis Darcy, a lifetime resident on Long Island is developing a new residential community in Freeport at Jones Inlet. The Ocean Watch at Harbor Pointe development will be made up of 61 homes, six which are already near completion.
Upon completion, the two story townhouses will each have their own boat slips with floating docks made of Brazilian hardwood. The boatslips also have cable and electric supply as well as freshwater hookups.
The prices of the homes will range in price from $794,000 to $1.275 million. Four of the luxury waterfront homes will have elevators while the other homes will have the option to install elevators.
Interiors of the homes will feature two first floor bedrooms. Master bedrooms will have a Jacuzzi and walk in shower. Living areas will be on the upper floors and feature decks and sliding glass doors with views of the water. Square footage of the homes vary in sizes from 2,000 to 3,800 square feet. The homes are situated in a cul-de-sac setting with the dock surrounding the perimeter. The dock will be accessible by various access points from the road.
